Robot vacuums can help you save time and effort when it comes to cleaning. The best robot hoover models are capable of getting rid of dust, light debris and cords.

It also has amazing navigation and auto-emptying capabilities on carpets and floors that are not cleaned. It also has a smart-mapping system and can be programmed to only operate at certain times of the day (a handy feature for keeping mischievous kids and dextrous pets from causing chaos). The Shark has less powerful suction than some other robot vacuum/mop combos but it's efficient in removing hair and pet hair. It is the most affordable of our top choices.

The best choice for hardwood floors

Robot vacuums are a great option for hardwood floors since they are able to easily navigate around obstacles without damaging the floor's surface. They are great for removing dust and crumbs, but struggle with pet hair or other debris. They don't have the suction of a high-end canister or upright vacuum, making them a poor choice for deep cleaning upholstery or carpeted areas.
